Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to ucsisp.xyz and your use of internet and related services provided by Unique Communication Service ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use our site or services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Services

We provide broadband internet and related connectivity services as described in your service order, plan details, and coverage availability. Features, speeds, and availability may vary by location and network conditions. Advertised speeds are subject to technical and usage factors beyond our reasonable control.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration and billing information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials for your account and equipment. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use or security incidents.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our network or services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringe intellectual property or others' rights;
• Send spam, malware, or engage in fraudulent activity;
• Attack or probe networks, systems, or accounts without authorization;
• Resell or redistribute service contrary to your agreement or plan;
• Cause unreasonable congestion or harm to our network or other customers.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with authorities where required.

Billing and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are set out in your plan or invoice. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Installation, Equipment, and Maintenance

Installation and customer-premises equipment may be subject to separate terms. You agree to provide reasonable access for installation and maintenance and to care for leased equipment; damage or loss beyond normal wear may incur charges as disclosed in your agreement.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, breach of these Terms, legal requirement, emergency network protection, or extended inactivity as permitted by law and your service agreement. You may terminate in accordance with your plan terms and any applicable notice period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No oral or written information from us creates a warranty not expressly stated herein.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unique Communication Service and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and revising the effective date. Material changes may be communicated through reasonable means where required.
