User Data Deletion Instructions

Who this applies to

These instructions are for anyone who has used Facebook Login or otherwise shared personal information with Unique Communication Service through our websites or apps (including ucsisp.xyz and related services).

Step 1 — Remove our app from Facebook

To disconnect Facebook from our service and trigger Meta’s data deletion flow for the Facebook side:

1. Open your Facebook account settings for apps and websites: facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
2. Find our application in the list and remove it (or use “View removed apps and websites” if you removed it earlier).
3. If Facebook shows an option to send a data deletion request to us, you may use it — we will process it according to these instructions.

Step 2 — Request deletion from us directly

Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically erase every record we hold for your internet service or enquiry (for example CRM or billing). To ask us to delete or anonymize personal data we store:

• Email support@ucsisp.xyz with subject line: Data deletion request
• Include: your full name, contact phone number, the email address you used with us (if any), and a short note that you want your personal data deleted under these instructions.
• If you logged in with Facebook, mention that you used Facebook Login and the approximate date you last used it — this helps us match your account.

What we will do

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data we are not legally required to retain (for example certain billing or regulatory records may need to be kept for a limited period). We will confirm by email when practical.
