Troubleshooting Guide

Follow these steps to resolve common internet issues.

Slow Internet Speed

    Restart your router and wait 2 minutes.

    Ensure you are close to the router or use a 5GHz connection.

    Check if any background apps are downloading large files.

Router Configuration

    Connect to your router via WiFi or LAN cable.

  • 2

    Open 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 in your browser.

    Set Connection Type to PPPoE and use your ISP username and password.

No Internet Connection

    Check if the fiber cable is securely connected to the ONU (Red/Green light).

  • 2

    If LOS light is red, the fiber line might be broken. Contact support.

  • 3

    Ensure both ONU and Router are powered on.
